How the Proton Exora really look like.

Few days ago, I have posted the picture of the frame of Proton Exora. Now a friend of mine posted to me on how Exora really look like. Although the name almost similiar to someone in our class, but please... Exora is a car made by Proton.

Proton had been announced that they will name the first ever Malaysian MPV with Proton Exora with the tagline “Keriangan Keluarga” (Joyful Family). The name and the tagline had been taken from the winner of the “Name The Proton MPV Competition”

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Wow, look at this Proton Exora. This 7-seater MPV is really useful to the big family.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

The modern steering design has been installed in Proton Exora. There is audio control button as long as the Bluetooh hands-free system with the phone button.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

This is the favorite part for any speed devil in the world, the speedometer as long as the RPM meter. From the RPM meter, we know that the redline for this MPV is up to 7000 RPM. So, you get the feeling of the power when you ramp the car to the maximum performance. The speedometer indicate that the maximum speed on the meter is 180 km/h but maybe this MPV can go as fast as 160 km/h.

Simple dashboard and the non-complicated CD-player make the driver can easily control the CD-player in addition with the audio control on the steering wheel. The gear lever is dash mounted that make it easy to reach by the driver.

The Exora is built on an all-new platform, the second developed by Proton, and can be expected to be used on a future large vehicle as well. The new MPV will have a 125-horsepower 1.6-liter engine, standard dual airbags and dual-zone air-conditioning — an important feature in Malaysia and something Proton calls a "specialty" of its cars.It will compete against such vehicles as the Nissan Grand Livina and the Toyota Avanza. The project team also reportedly studied the Toyota Wish closely and even bought 11 copies to study.

Americans is suffering...

Allow again…ni haaa..bru je belajar td…kalo semua org pkat2 simpan duit, reduce consumption, economy pun x berkembang..ni contoh pling current..selamat membace..love u!
"Worst Is Yet to Come:" Americans' Standard of Living Permanently Changed
There's no question the American consumer is hurting in the face of a burst housing bubble, financial market meltdown and rising unemployment. But "the worst is yet to come," according to Howard Davidowitz, chairman of Davidowitz & Associates, who believes American's standard of living is undergoing a "permanent change" - and not for the better as a result of: An $8 trillion negative wealth effect from declining home values. A $10 trillion negative wealth effect from weakened capital markets. A $14 trillion consumer debt load amid "exploding unemployment", leading to "exploding bankruptcies." "The average American used to be able to borrow to buy a home, send their kids to a good school [and] buy a car," Davidowitz says. "A lot of that is gone." Going forward, the veteran retail industry consultant foresees higher savings rate and people trading down in both the goods and services they buy - as well as their aspirations. The end of rampant consumerism is ultimately a good thing, he says, but the unraveling of an economy built on debt-fueled spending will be painful for years to come.

The Economist February 14th - February 20th 2009

The Economist (February 14th - February 20th 2009) 147 Pages | English To the rescue: The trouble with Obama's plan This week marked a huge wasted opportunity in the economic crisis: How serious is this setback? One interpretation is that Mr Obama’s crew mismanaged expectations—that they promised a plan and came up with a concept. If so, that is a big mistake. Managing expectations is part of building confidence and when so much about these rescues is superhumanly complex, it is unforgivable to bungle the easy bit. More worrying still is the chance that Mr Geithner’s vagueness comes from doubt about what to do, a reluctance to take tough decisions, and a timidity about asking Congress for enough cash. That is an alarming prospect. “Banksters” may be loathed everywhere (see article), but more money will surely be needed to clean up America’s banks and administer the financial fix the economy needs. That, as this newspaper has argued before, means both some form of “bad bank” for toxic loans (with temporary nationalisation part of that cleansing process, if necessary) and guarantees to cover catastrophic losses in the “good” banks that remain. Mr Obama’s team must recognise this or they, like their predecessors, will come to be seen as part of the problem, not the solution.

Rigid Business Hierarchies are now entering to the Obsolete Era.
It is true that somehow the environment may change the design of an organization. The organization’s environment can be influence by many factors. The external factors may forces the organization to change a little bit and follow the conduct that is accepted by the environment. The traditional form of organization has been transform to a more organic approach where there is a lot more employees’ contribution. The technical people or can be describe as the “effort people” has the opportunity to say something about the management. Having to include in the discussion that what should be in the company’s strategy and agreeing that is the right one. The article can be best expressed as the transformation of most organization from the rigid mechanistic style of management into more flexible organic organization. What has push most of the organization throughout the world change in accordance with this turbulent of environment? This might be due to the thinking of the stakeholders especially the employees has been shifted. Now, the development of the employees has been one of the important issues in the organization. Most of the organizations are running towards the efforts to show that they care to their employees. The organizations are now value the employees due to the fact that they has been acknowledged that a company’s human capital is its most valuable and sustainable competitive assets. The more companies and organizations involved seriously in this efforts, the better choices are open to the employees. Therefore, the employees would be more selective in nature. What is happening in the management of other organization is rather threatening for the other organization. Thus, as describe in the article, the imperialistic attitude towards leadership is not an option if the organization expect to thrive while attracting and retaining top talent. It is important for the organization to look appeal and one of the factors to look appeal is to adopt the organic structure of management. It is a need to demonstrate visibly that the managers value their employees. How? It can be obtained by reducing the gap between leaders and employees, leaders need to be approachable, open a direct communication, try to mix with the employees at best and many more ways. To add, this is the example of transformation of management towards organic approach. In a nutshell, “imperial” leadership which uses to traditionally focus on managing companies’ financial assets and the high-profile of CEOs cannot be sustained in this era. This is because; people judge and they make decision. Their decisions determine whether the organization is losing their top talents or retaining them. That is all.

Thomas Friedman - Hot, Flat and Crowded (2008)

Thomas Friedman - Hot, Flat and Crowded (2008)  Macmillan Audio | ISBN: 1427204586
Thomas L. Friedman’s no. 1 bestseller "The World Is Flat" has helped millions of readers to see globalization in a new way. Now Friedman brings a fresh outlook to the crises of destabilizing climate change and rising competition for energy—both of which could poison our world if we do not act quickly and collectively. His argument speaks to all of us who are concerned about the state of America in the global future. Friedman proposes that an ambitious national strategy— which he calls “Geo-Greenism”—is not only what we need to save the planet from overheating; it is what we need to make America healthier, richer, more innovative, more productive, and more secure. As in The World Is Flat, he explains a new era—the Energy-Climate era—through an illuminating account of recent events. He shows how 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, and the flattening of the world by the Internet (which brought 3 billion new consumers onto the world stage) have combined to bring climate and energy issues to Main Street. But they have not gone very far down Main Street; the much-touted “green revolution” has hardly begun. With all that in mind, Friedman sets out the clean-technology breakthroughs we, and the world, will need; he shows that the ET (Energy Technology) revolution will be both transformative and disruptive; and he explains why America must lead this revolution—with the first Green President and a Green New Deal, spurred by the Greenest Generation.

Alibaba.com vs Agribazaar.com

Assalamualaikum..... today i would like to share with all of you about my group assignment that we suppose to do which is the comparison with Alibaba.com and Agribazaar.com.... Alibaba and Agribazaar is actually same like ebay.com and also Lelong.com but they have their own different procedures for their B2B e-commerce business concept. Alibaba.com is the world's leading B2B e-commerce company. We connect millions of buyers and suppliers from around the world every day through three marketplaces: an English-language marketplace for global importers and exporters, a Chinese-language marketplace for domestic trade in China, and, through a joint venture, a Japanese-language marketplace facilitating trade to and from Japan. Alibaba.com offers a broad range of products and services to both suppliers and buyers. Basic features such as standard supplier storefronts, product listings and communication tools are available for free. We also offer paid membership packages to verified suppliers. Alibaba.com is playing an important role in helping SMEs in China and around the world participate in global trade and become more competitive. We are creating jobs and opportunities for millions of companies by giving them a cost effective platform to market their products, find quality suppliers and grow their business.

Agribazzar.com is actually the Ninth Malaysia Plan states that efforts are being made to strengthen agriculture production and expand agro processing. Apart from grants and incentives, the Government has also taken the initiative to establish AgriBazaar. A joint effort of the Malaysian Institute of Microelectronic Systems (MIMOS) and the Department of Agriculture, AgriBazaar is an internet-based infrastructure that assists producers and suppliers promote and trade their agriculture products. This move has certainly offered an alternative to the conventional avenues of trade in Malaysia. AgriBazaar offers better pricing, reduces buying and selling administrative cost and expedites the buying and selling process. Through this, buyers and sellers can be better informed and have the ability to access the website anytime, anywhere.

Invest using fuzzy system!!

HEYA!!..today is Padang Jawa day, for those who happen to be..having a retak seribu cermin..plz inform Raju because every mechanics at Padang Jawa knew him..huhu..For those who not so understand..just ignore wut i had said before this.. Today i want to share with u all about a new technology on having an excellent combination of investment.I luv to make any investment...I know, not all of us luv to invest..but investment is a tool to double up our money. So, each and everyone need to take this chance and just grab it. Actually last 2 weeks, sha+iz+faiz+along n me went to IID.We need to choose any poster for our corporate management class. It happen to be,there is 1 booth..about fuzzy portfolio system. This research is done by UITM Segamat Lecturer. This fuzzy thing is actually a control system which use a mathemathical equation to solve a problem. But,this lecturer use this fuzzy to make an excellent combination of investment. From that we know which type of investment is good. Before this, all investors depend on historical data, but from fuzzy control are using past and future information and judgement.I really hope, this research will be sell to investors and others. From that, we can have an excellent combination of portfolio. In other words, more money to come in!!huhu Really hope all of us need to save money and double up our money right now..because as we can see, there is economic downturn..and affected our country. For me,the world or Malaysia is affected by this World Economic Crisis, but don't let this crisis affecting us..We need to have a financial plan ahead.Good Luck everyone!! P/S..Japan...Hitachi had used this fuzzy system since 1985 for their Sendai railway ..this is for break, acceleration and others..

Personal information managers

hye friends..welcome back from holiday! today i want to share bout one of the effective information technology. hope this post can gain our knowledge especially on the IT area.. =)
There is no other pieces of software that can increase the effectiveness of a greater number of users than that which helps to organize personal information. The potential for individuals to affect their own time management using such software has never been greater, yet many are unaware of all the facilities on offer. In the eighteies we saw the emergence of the paper based personal organizer, most notably the filofax. this took the personal diary to new heights and expanded the type of information you would normally expect to carry around with you. It also established personal information as a prerequisite for effective operation in any business role. No upwardly mobile anybody worth their salt would be seen without one.
Exchange Information
Gradually we saw the introduction of the electronic organiser. along with this blossomed the organiser software for desktop computers. Communications are now such that users can exchange and update information between their desktop PC and the electronic organiser. Software such Microsoft's Outlook there are many different ways of getting to the same information. The choice of method for this task and most others is going to depend largely on the way you work. So if you think something takes too long, see if changing the way you work would increase your efficiency.
Modify with caution
This system and others allow the user enourmous opportunity to modify the configuration. However try to not to be too drawn into this practice. you can ofthen spend more time making it more effective for your use. the more facilities you are presented with the greater opportunity for confusion. Remember the adage: "when all else fails read the instruction". this may sound trite but apart from just reading this information to find your way around the packages, spending time looking at what the package was designed to do and finding the most effective way of manipulating your personal information can save days in the long run.

Value of information and knowledge

Hello guys...
Xinnian kuaile (*.*)
If you guys still remember what we have learn in MIS class before CNY holiday, we have covered the "information and its uses" and the lecturer have started the class by asking what is "information". So, now I would like to share with all of you about the value of information and knowledge...
****
We need information to help us to make correct decisions. Without the right information, the decision that we made is more risky and uncertain. According to Oxford dictionary, knowledge is the application and synthesis of different sources of information that achieves a greater understanding.
*
Is your level of expertise in using information good enough for the tasks you are doing? How to improve your achievement of information goals? There are several key factors that need to bear in mind in order to use information correctly. These are that, information is only have a value if it is:
  • Of the right quality, that is appropriate to the task.
  • At the correct level, the level of detail that is appropriate.
  • Timely, available when it is needed.

In the reality, normally you cannot gather 100% of the information required in the time that is available before a decision has to be taken. Hence, you must prioritize your information needs and put the appropriate effort into gathering what is improtant to the task or decision rater than obtaining information that is easily gathered. Finally, if you still never seem to be able to get it right, you need to revised your objective of obtaining information..is it have clearly define? Then only you can achieve the right information.
